Introduction
Since a phenol resin made up of phenol and formalin was developed in the United States early this century, remarkable improvements have been made in synthetic resins; many types of thermo-setting resins such as melamine, urea, epoxy and polyester, etc., and also of thermo-plastic resins such as vinyl acetate, polyethylene, polyprophylene and ABS, etc., have been widely-used and have become indispensable materials for the production of a wide-range of articles from daly necessaries to space development equipment. As the uses have increased, many qualities have been expected from resins, and improvements in releasing capability and operation efficiency in production processes have also become necessary.
To meet these requirement, we in developing synthetic resins, produced and began selling release 365 which is an internal additive agent, its nonaqueous surfactants are combined in a chemical structure, which has releasing capablilty to produce perfect releasing effects. Release 365 has been used for a long time, and has continually satisfied customers' demand.
With the improvement of synthetic resins, we continue our strongest efforts in developing and researching releasing agents as a special manufacture, so that we are always able to meet each customers' demand
USES of Release 365
- As an internal - additive releasing agent for laminating sheets of thermosetting resin
- As an internal - additive releasing agent for decorative sheets of thermosetting resin
- As an internal - additive releasing agent for molding materials of thermosetting resin
- As an internal - additive releasing agent for thermo-plastic resin
- As an anti-gluing agent for water-soluble resins
What is release 365
RELEASE 365 exhibits several outstanding qualities, and produces excellent releasing effects, in particular, by its special nonaqueous surfactants active in organic materials when added to resin solutions and/or initially-condensed resin solutions.
Generally, various additives are used to facilitate release; metallic salt or party acids as a lubricant for molding materials, silicone or fluorocarbon coating as external-additive release agents or file release agents are used with P.P. films for laminated or decorative sheets. However, there remain some problems in both the production processes and qualities of products.
Investigating these problems, we succeded in composing additive which have adequate releasing capability for each resin. This is RELEASE 365.
