DECOR 100

DECOR 100 is a Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor chemically defined as Dicyclohexyl Ammonium Nitrite (DICHAN). It is advanced corrosion inhibiting white power working different way of oil or grease. This product can used as solutions in water or alcohol and can also be changed to corrosion inhibiting sheet and file with proper processing. DECOR 100 can be widely applied to short-term protection during manufacturing, long-term storage and maintenance of facilities. DECOR 110 (pouch type) and DECOR 120 (table type) are made of DECOR 100 powder.

1. What is V.C.L

VCl (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) is volatile at ambient temperature. It's protective vapor condenses all the metal surfaces, and makes the chemical reaction regardless of moisture. It has been recognized that DICHAN, DIPAN, BT and CHC are most effective for protection corrosion.
DICHAN, among these, is used for DECOR 100.

2. Properties

DECOR 100 can be used to protect iron, nickel, cromium, tin and their alloys against corrosion for long time with small quantity.

DECOR 100 forming thin film on the metal surfaces through vaporization is easy handle without any direct application. The protection lasts more than 2 years in normal enclosed atmosphere, so that managing and maintenance are not necessary for that period.

The proper product can be applied to short-term storage between the processes of manufacturing, relatively longer period of shipping or storage and long-term storage like oversea shipping.

DECOR 100 provides the complete protection by permeating even in a small recessed area.
DECOR 100 can be used in any environmental conditions, size and property of products. Indeed it has an effect on products in the humid condition or in the process of manufacturing.
